By accessing or using LotSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by LotSync ("we," "our," or "us").
LotSync is a digital marketing platform for RV dealers. We scrape dealer inventory websites, normalize vehicle data, and create automated advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) on behalf of subscribing dealers. The Service includes inventory management, competitive intelligence, catalog generation, and campaign management tools.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
LotSync offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
LotSync Platform Fee: A monthly subscription fee for access to the platform, inventory scraping, catalog management, and campaign tools.
Meta Ad Spend: Advertising costs are billed directly by Meta to your connected ad account. LotSync does not handle or mark up your ad spend. You control your ad budget and are responsible for payments to Meta.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We will pause any active advertising campaigns when your subscription ends.
By connecting your Facebook account to LotSync, you authorize us to access your Meta ad account, create product catalogs, and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for the ad account you connect.
You remain responsible for compliance with Meta's advertising policies. LotSync is not responsible for ads that are rejected or accounts that are restricted by Meta due to policy violations.
LotSync scrapes publicly available vehicle inventory data from dealer websites. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to use and advertise the inventory data from the website you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inventory information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that advertising campaigns will achieve specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LotSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
