How it compares
- Shoppers who need more sleeping capacity sometimes look at dedicated bunkhouse trailers, though those often run longer and heavier than this 26-foot layout.
- Buyers considering a toy hauler get cargo flexibility but typically give up features like a Murphy bed and outdoor kitchen in the same length class.
- A small travel trailer without a slide offers a lighter tow but noticeably tighter living quarters for a group of seven.
Common questions
How many people can sleep in the Passport SL 221BH?
The 221BH sleeps up to seven people, making it a practical option for families or groups who need more than just a couple of beds.
What is the bunk setup like?
The 221BH features double-size bunks, giving kids or adults more sleeping space than the narrow bunks found in many entry-level travel trailers.
Does it have a Murphy bed, and how does that help with space?
Yes. The Murphy bed folds away when not in use, which frees up living or walking space during the day — a useful feature in a 26-foot trailer.
What does the outdoor kitchen include?
The record confirms an outdoor kitchen is present. It lets you cook and eat outside without tracking through the trailer, which many campers find convenient at busy campgrounds.
What is the awning size?
The 221BH comes with a 15-foot awning, providing a solid stretch of shade over your outdoor living area.
What is the rear cargo door used for?
The rear cargo door provides easy exterior access to storage, handy for stowing gear like chairs, sports equipment, or firewood without going through the main cabin.
How many slide-outs does this floorplan have?
It has one slide-out, which expands interior living space while keeping the overall footprint manageable at 26 feet.
